Working in the music industry I have to say that it’s very rare that someone truly impresses me with their honesty and integrity, so when that does happen I make sure to let that person know. The difference between now and then, is that now I have a platform to let others know as well. Recently, I had the pleasure and now I can say honor, to cross paths with a truly amazing woman in this seedy music industry. Her resume is too extensive for me to cover everything, but please be sure to do some research and you too will be amazed with Tiffany Gaines. My experience in this industry has been filled with lies spewed so freely and you are expected to accept it and overlook it. One thing about me, I can admit freely that I have no filter and often times my candor offends some people, although it’s not my intention. So if you have been in this industry for any length of time, you know exactly what it’s like.
Just imagine that you on a trip and along the way you ask for directions, people intentionally send you the wrong way, promises of your destination just a few more miles, but you are misled, lied to and your tires are slit when you are turned the other way. So that was the beginning of my journey in this industry, then suddenly I could see the light because I never gave up. I say all of this because Tiffany Gaines is that light I am referencing. With all the pieces that I had in place, I was still missing one. Being introduced to Ms. Gaines was a blessing, not only to me, but also for the artist that I work with. Tiffany is the epitome of hard work, honesty and integrity. Which is like finding a rare diamond in this industry. I can say that she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Tiffany is currently the business manager for Curtis Young, son of one of my all time favorites, Dr. Dre, she is also the Business Manager for the former drug Kingpin, who is currently Amazon’s best seller/Author Freeway Rick Ross, Urban Pop sensation, singer/songwriter Myko of Rick Ross Music Group and Billboard charting, national recording artist and designer Christine Storm. Tiffany is the owner and founder of SSMG (Shared Success Music Group) as well as the CEO of LRT Entertainment. Needless to say her resume is impeccable, but that’s not what caught my attention, it was after talking with her I could sense that she has a wonderful heart and truly wants to help others succeed. Since I don’t have the time to write a novel, I can only give you a little piece of her accomplishments in this article, my main objective was simply to say this.
